Review: Redemption by Karice Bolton

Publication Date: 9/10/2015

Series: Luke Fletcher #3
Rating: 5 Stars

Official Blurb:

The third book of the Luke Fletcher Series. Hannah has managed to put the horrors of the past behind her. To most, it looks as if Hannah Walker is living her dream. About to graduate from nursing school with honors and several job prospects in front of her, everything in life is exactly as she planned. She hopes that taking a job abroad will give her that final boost of courage to finally put behind her the fantasy of the man she once loved.

Luke Fletcher has been on the hunt for people who don't want to be found, and with every passing day away from his old life, the longing inside of him grows to reclaim the woman he let slip away. But he knows that's not possible. Not unless he's able to redeem himself to the woman and life he left behind will he find peace again. But is it too late for redemption?

Karice Bolton, you have blown me away yet again.  After finishing book #2 in this series, Buried Sins, I was left in shock and awe at the ending. Luke’s actions gutted me to the point that I was ugly crying. You are blind sided with Luke’s buried sins.  As Redemption begins, you finally feel a humbled peace fall over you, but all readers know that when love is broken apart so tragically and so unexpected that you can’t tag a The End to their story just yet. As Luke and Hannah’s story comes to a close in Redemption, readers will love as their story unfolds finally.  This book is bittersweet and emotional draining as these two characters fight for what they can finally admit they want.  Their lives are on a collision course of epic proportions as their pasts collide.  Ms. Bolton, I am sad to see Luke and Hannah go, but their story is a bloody yet beautiful mess.  Thank you for giving these two marvelous characters to us!
