Man Up Playboy Release Day Blitz

No one knows the man behind the face.

Cooper Sutton loves nothing more than living up to his reputation as a playboy. That is until he meets Selene Davis in a coffee shop. Unlike the girls he's known before, she doesn't fall for his good looks and witty charm. She makes him work for every bit of her time and attention.

Haunted by memories of his childhood sweetheart, Cooper doesn't believe in love, marriage or monogamy. And much to his delight, neither does Selene. She appears to be his perfect match. Until she changes the rules of the game. And he finds himself knee deep in a committed relationship.

When the stakes are raised, Cooper's faced with a decision. Can he put the past behind him and move forward with Selene, or will he push love and happiness beyond his reach forever?

Due to language and sexual content, this book is intended for mature audiences.

*~*~*~*~ 4 Stars *~*~*~*~

This book is told strictly through Cooper’s POV and let me tell you it’s definitely an experience. At times, Cooper was the sweetest thing ever I saw his heart for a bit then he would shove it back away and became an dickhead yet again and I would want to smack him until my hand hurt. Actually I wanted to smack him quite a few times throughout the book. Yes Cooper is sexy, confidant, arrogant, sometimes a charmer, and other times a complete dick. He is everything wrapped into one. But I knew deep down something was bothering Cooper. We get glimpses of his life with his childhood sweetheart but never the full story.

When Cooper meets Selene, he thinks she is like any other woman until he starts to spend time with her and realizes she might be a game changer. It’s so hard to put this book into words because so much happens from start to finish. It’s told through both the past and present. So at times, we are seeing a completely different Cooper but other times he is still the same cocky dick. It took me a LONG while before I actually even liked Cooper. You will understand when you read the book. The things he says and does to Selene had me so mad. I could just feel the rage building. But once Cooper actually explains what happened in his past and the week before his life changed again my heart actually melted for him. This is the point in which I fell for Cooper and wanted to cuddle him. And of course the ending… TEARS. Overall it’s a really good book and I look forward to the next one.
