Review: Pretty Human by Ruby Dixon
Publication Date: June 22, 2019
Series: Rags to Riches #4
Rating: 5 Stars
Official Blurb: Varrik va’Rin is the lord of an ancient noble house. On Homeworld Kes, his bloodlines are unparalleled and he wields an incredible amount of political and social clout. He’s used to getting what he wants.
So when he sees the strange, delicate human known as Milly, he decides he wants her. And he’ll do anything to have her, reputation be damned.
Review: I have to say that I never thought I would fall in love with blue men, but Ms. Dixon sure knows how to make that happen. I’m so in love with this series, and I have to say I’m pretty much addicted now.
Varrik is a very high-ranking lord. One would think that he would be happy, but he’s actually quite bored of the same old things all the time. So, when he sees the pretty human named, Milly, he knows instantly that things are about to change for him no matter the cost.
Milly is innocent, when it comes to Varrik’s people. She knows she’s an outsider, but she does her best to make him happy. Little does she know she is losing her heart along the way, and everything is about to change for them both.
I loved this story so had. Varrik was a tough cookie at first, but Milly knew exactly how to break him. I’m in love with Ms. Dixon’s work, and I can’t wait to read more.
