Review: Thick by Alexa Riley

Publication Date: March 15th, 2019

Series: Standalone
Rating: 5 Stars

Official Blurb: Teeny has just moved into a brand new place and curiosity has gotten the better of her. When she meets her new neighbor she’s not prepared for how big or how hot he is. The gentle giant has her fantasies running wild and she’s learning what it means to love thy neighbor.

Bull has always been the biggest in the room and it’s annoying. He’s a former security guard who now does online consulting to stay away from the stares. But when his young little neighbor wants to make friends he can’t help himself. He’s tearing down all his walls and breaking the rules just to have a shot at what he never thought was possible.

Warning: Will Bull be too big to make Teeny his? Will it somehow work anyway? You betcha! Find out what happens when this bull meets his china shop…because it’s wild!

Review: It’s been a little while, since I’ve had my AR fix, and I was definitely going through withdrawals. So, I devoured this book in one sitting.

Teeny is moving out on her own for the first time, and she couldn’t be more excited. She has her own place, her own business, and now, she has her sights set on her mysterious neighbor that she’s only talked to through the door. Bull has lived the past few years of his life sheltered away from the world. He gets tired of people constantly staring or trying to start trouble, so it’s best just to stay behind closed doors. Well, until Teeny moves across the hall. Now, Bull finds himself doing things for her that he hasn’t done in years.

This has to be one of the sweetest AR books to date. Teeny and Bull are so perfect for each other. I loved the instant passion and connection they had, but most of all, I adored watching Bull come out of his shell. He literally gave Teeny the world, and she gave him a new reason to live. This book is pure perfection from start to finish.
