Official Blurb: From the moment I saw her in the greenhouse checkout line fumbling for change, I changed. I smiled for Christ sake. It felt odd. I couldn’t remember the last time anything made me smile.

See, I’m not in the smiling sort of business. My life hasn’t given me much to smile about for a long time.

This five-foot-nothing package of contradictions has me turning my life upside down. With her crooked glasses and her blonde bangs that are always in her eyes, she’s one half my little girl. In the next breath, she’s pure sex with a backside that looks best with my handprint on both cheeks.

The first time she called me Daddy, I knew I’d never be the same. I want to be a better man because of her. She’s mine, my everything and I’ll protect her to the ends of the earth.

The only problem is. I may have to.

Review: I love a good dirty read sometimes, and I also fell completely in love with this cover, so I wanted to give this book a try. I’m actually shocked, a bit satisfied, but overall, my feelings are part love as well as part hate, which really annoys me.

I’m a reader with an open mind, but this book was kind of all over the place. It started off in a very, very awkward way. It actually took me a minute to realize what was happening. Then, I felt annoyed that I wasn’t getting full details, while everything was just jumping around all over the place.

I’m all for dirty scenarios in books, but at times, I felt Stas was doing the exact same thing to Ginger as what happened in her past only in a bit of a different way. I mean who lists that someone has to ask permission before they can EAT OR DRINK something bad for them?! I was like for real right now. Then, the pet names were WAY over the top. Yes, I get it, it’s a D/D book, which is cool, but every single sentence, or every other word. Yeah, it was a bit much.

I enjoyed how much they loved each other, and also how happy their relationship made them. They literally would do anything and everything for each other. And it’s sex… lots and lots and lots and lots of sex. You get me point. It also annoyed me how Stas would demand things from Ginger, but she wasn’t allowed the same in return. It was a bit hypocritical for most of the book. So yes, I’m annoyed because of the parts I loved, but then completely loathed other parts. I feel a bit let down.
