Release Blitz: In Too Deep by Jordan Marie

I did a bad thing.

I did a really bad thing.

I’m not a bad person, I swear. I just made a few mistakes.

Mistake number one was agreeing to rent my hotel out to an insufferable a**hole, named Aden Smith.

Mistake number two was ignoring his threats to sue me when he handed over a list of items he deemed “unacceptable”.

Mistake number three was diving into the pool to save his life when he fell. It would have been less complicated to hide his body.

When the hospital refuses to let me know how he is, I panic.

Claiming to be his wife might be my biggest mistake yet—especially when he believes me!

He might have been the one drowning, but I’m sinking in a bed of lies, going down fast—and there’s not a rescue in sight.

I have been sitting on this review for a few days now. It’s not that I hated the book, but I wasn’t completely in love with it either. Don’t get me wrong, there were some amazing parts in this book, but other times I was feeling a bit conflicted.

When the book started, I loved Hope. I felt so bad for her and the things she has been through in her life. She only wanted the best for her son and she was doing everything in her power to make it happen. Then Aden comes along… oh Aden Aden Aden! What can I say except I have a love/ hate relationship with this man. One minute he was up the next down and the next all around. I was seriously spinning in circles. Then after the accident I fell 100% completely in love with this man! OMG he was perfect in everyway! Then Hope became a bit annoying. Both characters were so up and down for me. At times, I could completely understand why both were angry, frustrated, mad, upset, etc., but other times I’m just like okay let’s move past this childishness.

Overall, this is a good read, but there are so many things I wish were different. I wish Aden could have stayed a total sweetheart. I wish Hope would have just stood up for herself more in the end. I also wish the ending would have had a bit more. I felt as though it just abruptly ended, and I was left thinking where is the rest. There are parts I did love and others not so much, but the cover for this book is HOT and I will continue with the next in the series.
