Review: Mr. Perfect by J. A. Huss

Series: Mister #1
Rating: 5 Stars

Wanting the perfect man doesn’t make me crazy. I just know what I like.

A powerful billionaire in a suit wasn’t even my first choice. McAllister Stonewall was never on my radar, I didn’t even know he existed.

But I do now.

His hands are all over me at work. The heat of his chest pressing against my bare back as he bends me over the desk is the only thing on my mind.

He is my most forbidden desires unleashed. He is my new secret obsession. He is my Mr. Perfect.

Until the moment I realize… There’s no such thing as perfect.

Review: Mr. Perfect is definitely perfection. This book is a breath of fresh air and I literally read it within a few hours. It has everything… the perfect man literally; the quirky girl, the obsession, lust, the dirty office romance, the hot sex scenes, the lies, the secrets, and it also gave me a new insight to butter (which I will never look at again without thinking about Mr. Perfect). JA knocked this one outta the park.

Ellie is not your typical girl. She is a dreamer and when she dreams…. She dreams big. She is awkward, quirky, funny and the perfect girl who marches to the beat of her own drum. Ellie is a personal babysitter to celebrities, but she is also so much more. She inspires them and encourages them to take the plunge and follow their goals and dreams. So why is it she can’t seem to follow her own advice? Why does she question everything? Oh well, good thing she has her secret Pinterest boards and secret text messages to her someone special to keep her happy. Everything is fine until he shows up … Mr. Perfect. He knocks Ellie on her butt and makes her second-guess everything, but Mr. Perfect is hiding things. So he is really that perfect after all?

I loved me some McAllister Stonewall aka Mac. He is pure perfection. Sexy suits check, total alpha male check, dirty mouth check, and the list goes on and on. Mac shows up out of know where throwing Ellie off her game. Mac is everything a girl could ask for, but he doesn’t do relationships. But there is something about Ellie that makes Mac want it all. But what happens when she finds out the truth? Can she still see him for the man he is today or will everything be ruined?

This book kept me sucked in from start to finish. Mac and Ellie are both hilarious. I mean who doesn’t love a grown woman sliding down a slide with her skirt coming up and flashing everyone the goodies. I love the twists and turns and how this book is set up for the next books in the series. The EOBS is funny as well. I can’t wait to continue this series because I know JA has some tricks up her sleeve and I can’t wait to see everything unfold.
