Review: One Night with her Roommate

Publication Date: January 19, 2015

Series: One Night Novellas #5

Rating: 4 Stars

Official Blurb:
Ever since her former roommates deserted her, Meg has had to share an apartment with a lazy, obnoxious ass. He won’t pick up after himself, and he refuses to get a good job. Plus, he doesn’t always wear enough clothes—which is really a problem, because he’s hot.

Maybe he’s occasionally funny. And every now and then he can be sweet. But mostly he’s just annoying. It doesn’t matter how much he’s starting to flirt with her—Meg is going to resist. She’s way too smart to fall for a guy who never takes anything seriously.

But then everything changes in only one night...

Review: This is a cute quick book about two roommates who become friends first but feelings slowly start to change. Meg has a plan. She likes things in order, she has a job, and she keeps the house clean. Her roommate East the complete opposite … he’s a lazy slob who doesn’t even have a job. Meg shouldn’t be feeling the things for East that she feels. Her head is telling her one thing, but her heart says something else completely.

Meg thinks she knows East but she quickly learns looks can be deceiving. She wants to believe that East is a good person, but she sees how he has been over the past few months. Until one night when East finally lets her see a piece of his life that he kept hidden. Meg soon changes her feelings about East, but her mind is still holding her back. I read this book in about 20 minutes. It’s a quick fun read and I look forward to reading the next one.
