Review: Parker by S.M. Shade

Publication Date: November 13, 2015

Series: Striking Back book 3

Rating: 5 Stars

Official Blurb: Hit it and quit it.
One and done.
Hump and dump.

That has been my philosophy on relationships for the last seven years. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a bad guy. I'm always upfront and truthful with the women I date. I don't promise them anything but a good time.
I could've gone on happily sleeping my way through the major metropolitan area if it wasn't for her. The dark haired beauty who haunts my days and keeps me awake at night. Strong and sweet, she makes me reconsider everything I believe about love.

Too bad she's completely off limits.

I've never been good at following the rules.

Contains sexual scenes and violence. Intended for ages 18 and up.

Review: I was so excited when I found out Parker was getting his own book. Don’t get me wrong I loved Everly and Mason BUT Parker stole my whole entire heart. He is so cocky and sometimes a little arrogant but he is also a complete sweetheart. Parker isn’t the relationship kind of guy. He lives his life kind of in the fast lane and isn’t slowing down until Macy literally knocks him down a few notches.

Macy is such a doll and I was pulling for her from the beginning. She hasn’t had the best life with her ex but she is doing her best to stand on her own two feet. Of course she goes to Sticking Back and is not expecting any type of relationship what so ever. I mean how could she with what all she has been through but when she meets Parker she knows he might be a game changer.

Parker WILL piss you off quite a few times throughout this book. If I am honest, Mason pissed me off too. There were several times I wanted to reach through my kindle and smack both of them. Macy and Parker are perfect for each other but it’s a long battle ahead. Macy not only has her own issues she is dealing with but Parker also has his own too. This book is perfect and definitely HOT. Don’t miss out I love this series and my fingers are crossed for more!
