Review: Tyrant by T.M. Frazier

Publication Date: August 16, 2015

Series: King Book 2

Rating: 5 AMAZING Stars!!

Official Blurb:
I. Remember. Everything.

Only now I wish I didn't.

When the fog is sucked away from my mind like smoke through a vacuum, the truth that has been beyond my reach for months finally reveals itself.

But the relief I thought I would feel never comes, and I'm more afraid now than I was the morning I woke up handcuffed in King's bed.

Because with the truth comes dark secrets I was never meant to know.

I will put the lives of those I love most at risk if I let on that my memory has returned, or if I seek help from the heavily tattooed felon who owns me body and soul.

I don't know if I'm strong enough to resist the magnetic pull toward King that grows stronger every day.

He's already saved me in more ways than one. Now it's my turn to do whatever it takes to save him.

Even if that means marrying someone else...

Review: HOLY SH*T this book is amazing. Of course King left me with a hell of a cliffhanger so I could not wait for book 2. There are so many secrets, lies, twists and turns throughout this book. My head was spinning, my mouth was hanging open and I was sitting on the edge of my seat all while fanning myself with the amazingly HOT sex scenes and King’s dirty mouth. Just when you think you know, you honestly have no idea because book 1 doesn’t even touch the tip of the iceberg.

When book 1 ended, I was SOOOO pissed off at King for turning Doe/Pup back over to her family. She doesn’t remember them and doesn’t understand why King betrayed her like that. The only reason she went was because her son. YES I was super shocked at book 1 when they told her she had a son. I couldn’t wait to find out the details. So now not only does King has Max to worry about but Doe has Sammy too.

It seems like everything goes completely crazy when Doe and King are separated. Doe goes back to a family, boyfriend and child she doesn’t remember and King realizes he is in more trouble than he planned. Doe starts having flashbacks of her life but nothing is making sense to her. She is fighting hard to understand while King is fighting to survive. Things are already out of control until Doe makes a decision that completely changes everything and the minute she does her memories come back and she knows nothing will ever be the same.

This book brings out a lot of emotions. I didn’t know if I should laugh, cry or actually rock in a corner at times. I missed Preppy so much. I forgot how much I actually loved him and it just broke my heart all over again. In this book, we also see a different side to Bear and he plays a bigger part. I fell even more in love with King. Who wouldn’t love King and all his cocky arrogance??  I don’t do spoilers so READ THIS BOOK. All the answers are there and it’s absolutely amazing!!! Can’t wait for more!!
