Blurb
Road Captain of the Devil’s Dust Motorcycle Club, Bobby has the scars to prove just how dangerous his life is. He gives the world he knows hell and loves every moment of it. Wearing a panty-dropping grin along the way, his fierce life has never been a problem for him, until her. Jessica is the only female who has him distracted in his game. After taking him to bed, she’s the only woman to tell him to take a hike. Waking with her gone, he can’t resist her pull. He’s seen the marks on her body, ones which tell the horrors she’s lived through. He’s also seen the fear in her eyes when she lets herself become weak to his advances. Bobby has a decision to make. Can he help Jessica, or will it mean giving up his carefree life?
Jessica, also known as Doc, lives life in fear. Years back, she ran to the Devil’s Dust for protection, seeking the demise of her abusive, dominant husband. Her mind and soul tortured by her past, she can’t allow herself to move forward. The only thing in her sight is her daughter’s safety. Even if she has the attention of one particular tattooed biker, she can’t succumb to his charm and drag her daughter back into a world of danger, no matter how much he thinks he can save her.
Mistakes will be made.
Fears will be faced.
Pain will be remembered.
Can Bobby and Jessica survive the dangers they bring upon themselves?

Excerpt #1
Do I fight my fear? Triumph the terror wracking my mind and soul and gamble on the chance that Bobby can reset it all, make me forget my past and actually restart and build a life without being afraid? Or do I do what I know best, resisting, and run home behind my door with the security of three deadbolts and wonder what if?

Excerpt #2
All the girls I’ve slept with over the years, they were all there trying to fill a void that Jessica planted in my soul. There are a million reasons why I should have let Jessica walk out of my life, a million rejections when I should have taken the hint, but I just didn’t care. I stayed and kept pushing because of how I felt when we were together.

Even days after I’ve finished The Fear That Divides Us, I’m still speechless. Bobby has always been my favorite character of series. He’s the sinfully sexy blonde biker of my dreams. His silver tongue nature paired with his fierce role as road captain for the Devil’s Dust MC makes him a literary wet dream. If Bobby truly existed in the real world, Let’s not kid ourselves, I’m sure that there really is a Bobby out there in the world, he would control the entire female population with a panty dropping smile. After the events in the last book, I have never been so fearful for a book character’s story never being told. Bobby has the scars to show how hard he’s lived his life just as the woman he relentlessly pursues does. Jessica may be the only woman to send him packing after a romp in the sheets. Her actions of the years only increase his attraction to her and his need to get to know what makes sexy Doc Jessica tick.

Jessica “Doc” Wren is quite an interesting character for an MC Book. She’s an educated woman who lives amongst ferocious dangerous bikers. That alone would make you think oooh there’s something more going on with her than meets the eye. Along with her daughter, Addie, she has lived life on the run from her abusive past. She lives life looking over her shoulder waiting for her past to catch up with her.  The way that M.N. Forgy  tells Docs story will leave you heart literally breaking. This woman has faced so much in her life that she’s about to let fear take away the only person who would die to keep her safe. Watching Jessica’s forged walls slowly crumble was one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever had the pleasure of reading.

One of the best things about this book characters and story aside is how Forgy’s writing style changes for his emotionally griping story. The Fear That Divides Us is written in a way that you feel the intense emotions about Bobby and Jessica’s path to happiest. The other novels in this series while excellent are grittier and passionately raw than you will find within this books pages. This story required more loving and tender care than brute strength and hardcore sex. The characters are perfectly balanced with Bobby’s humor and passion for helping fearful and battered Jessica.  M.N. Forgy has showcased her ability to adapt her novels to fit the characters. The Fear That Divides Us is by far my favorite book in what I can say may be one of my favorite book series.  I foresee this series continuing to get better and better as it goes on with future novels. Thank you M.N. for giving the opportunity to have an early sneak peek of this novel!!!

About the Author:
m.n. forgy bio.jpg
M.N. Forgy was raised in Missouri where she still lives with her family. She's a soccer mom by day and a saucy writer by night. M.N. Forgy started writing at a young age but never took it seriously until years later, as a stay-at-home mom, she opened her laptop and started writing again. As a role model for her children, she felt she couldn't live with the "what if" anymore and finally took a chance on her character's story. So, with her glass of wine in hand and a stray Barbie sharing her seat, she continues to create and please her fans.
