Now Myst, the Vampiric Fae Queen of the Indigo Court, has enough power to begin a long prophesied supernatural war. And Cicely Waters, a witch who can control the wind, may be the only one who can stop her-and save her beloved Fae prince from the Queen's enslavement.

Cicely Waters, a witch who can control the wind, has returned home to New Forest, Washington, after learning that her family is in danger. The Indigo Court holds the city in fear. People are vanishing, and strange deaths plague the town. And when she is swept into an unexpected and passionate reunion with Grieve, the Fae prince who taught her how to harness the wind, Cicely finds herself with a fierce and territorial lover.

But Greive has been enslaved in Myst's court, and now, caught betwen two evils, the lovers must survive the machinations of the Vampiric Fae queen, even as Cicely untangles the hidden secrets to her own heritage.

Review

When I signed up for the Night’s End blog tour, I had no idea what I was in store for with the Indigo Court series by Yasmine Galenorn. I haven’t read Yasmine’s previous works, but I had heard great things about her series. This blog tour was the perfect way to introduce myself to a new story and a new author.

Cicely is a magic born who’s lived nearly her entire life on the run with her mother. She was never raised to control her magically gift of wind. When fate lands her back in her hometown, she instantly realizes it’s not the way she left it. Dark, evil magic is thick within in the air. Her family, friends, and townspeople are suddenly disappearing and Cicely has inherited the task of finding what exactly is lurking in the woods. When she sees Grieve, Cicely’s first and only love, for the first time, he is not as she remembers. He’s been changed by the very evilness that is harming her town. She cannot keep her hands off of him, but can she trust him with the secret that she’s aligned against him in the war to come?

Night Myst is an exciting yet steamy story. Galenorn’s ability to create such an imaginative and strikingly beautiful world is simple above the bar. She takes such an unprecedented twist to the vampire lore that we all have grown accustomed to. There’s such a depth to the types of vampires and fae in the Indigo Court world that I cannot even begin to explain it. The love scenes in this book are so sexy and steamy. The layout and the perfect timing of the love scenes perfectly balances the stories action and adventure core values. The plot was perfectly paced. When you turn the last page of Night Myst, you will immediately want to start Night Veil and forgot about anything else on your to do list.
